|Recommended: YesGood overall but has some issues — I've had a great time living here but it's fairly easy to hear upstairs neighbors all the time, and my last maintenance issue took 2 weeks to resolve and they never properly checked back in or took care of water damage cause by an upstairs unit. The office staff has been great but I did have an issue with getting charged for a second pet when I didn't have one and was never refunded. But the property is nice and the location is very convenient. I enjoy living here even if there has been the occasional issue.
